Does the recipient need a WordsLater account?
No. Emails arrive in their normal inbox - no signup, no app required.
Can I send to multiple recipients at once?
Yes. Add as many recipients as you'd like. Each one receives a personalized copy with their own greeting and unique download links for any attachments.
What's the maximum attachment size?
Inline attachments (delivered inside the email itself) are capped at 25 MB. Larger files are delivered as secure, expiring download links.
Will my email arrive in the spam folder?
We use authenticated sending and reputation-monitored infrastructure to target 99.9% inbox delivery. For very long-range messages, we also periodically validate recipient addresses are still reachable.
What if my recipient's email address changes before delivery?
You can update recipient details anytime from your dashboard. For long-range messages, we'll also send you periodic reminders to confirm their address is still current.
Can I preview the email exactly as it will look on delivery?
Yes. Send yourself a test copy at any time - it'll arrive looking exactly like the real thing will.
What happens if delivery fails on the scheduled date?
We retry automatically with backoff, and you receive a notification. If the address is permanently undeliverable, you can update it and resend with one click.
Are emails encrypted?
