How do you actually know when I die?
You name trusted contacts. When the time comes, two of them confirm independently. We wait fourteen days as a safety window. Only then do final messages send. See the full process.
Can someone read my messages before they're sent?
No. Scheduled messages are stored encrypted. The secure vault uses zero-knowledge encryption — even our team can't read the contents. Privacy details.
What does "up to 75 years" mean?
It's the delivery window. You can schedule a message to arrive as far as 75 years in the future. Most customers schedule somewhere between 1 and 30 years out.
Is there a subscription?
No. Every paid plan is a one-time message pack. You buy a pack, you get those messages forever. Add more whenever you want and the packs stack.
What kinds of messages can I send?
Email, text message (SMS), voice note, video, and physical USPS letters. You can also attach photos and documents. Every plan includes scheduled email; the rest are available as add-ons, with generous credits bundled on Family, Legacy, and Lifetime plans. See all features.
