Is this really one-time? No subscription required?
Right. Pay once, the messages in your pack are yours to schedule and deliver - protected for up to 75 years.
What does "protected for up to 75 years" mean?
Your scheduled messages remain stored, encrypted, and on schedule for up to 75 years from the date you purchase. That's our maximum scheduling horizon - long enough to cover a child's lifetime of milestones.
What happens if I run out of messages in my pack?
Add an extra digital message at $ 2.99, or buy another pack - packs stack on the same account. Already-scheduled messages stay exactly as you set them up.
Can I buy a bigger pack later if I started small?
Yes - just buy whichever pack you need. Packs stack on the same account, so a $ 19 Starter plus a $ 199 Legacy gives you everything from both. Nothing is lost.
What if I die before my messages are delivered?
Legacy and Lifetime Legacy plans include posthumous delivery through trusted contacts. Once protected, your messages remain scheduled even if your account goes inactive. See how posthumous delivery works.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes - within 30 days of purchase, as long as you haven't used any of the plan's credits yet. You can do it yourself anytime from the Plans & Billing page in your account.
Can I buy multiple packs over time?
Absolutely. Many users buy a Starter to try it, then add a Legacy pack later for posthumous messages. Packs stack.
What's the difference between the lower packs and Legacy / Lifetime?
The lower packs (Starter, Personal, Family) deliver messages on schedule while your account is active - great for birthdays, milestones, and anniversaries you plan to see. Legacy and Lifetime add trusted-contact posthumous delivery, a secure vault, and a long-term delivery reserve so your messages still go out if you can't manage the account yourself.
Can I really schedule a physical letter decades from now?
Yes. Physical letters can be scheduled up to 30 years out, mailed via USPS First-Class to US addresses, on premium cardstock with an optional printed photo. We cap the horizon at 30 years for physical mail because postage rates and mailing addresses are harder to predict over longer spans.
